Strategic Innovations Consulting is a boutique advisory and delivery firm. We lead the programs that have to work on day one, in healthcare information technology and state and local government, and we hold the governance, change management, and specialized talent those programs need.

Every engagement is scoped to the specific program, and fees are set as part of that scope before work begins.
How long do engagements last?
From 30 days to two years, depending on where the program is. Every engagement follows the same four phases:
- Discover — 30 to 90 days. Fact-finding: stakeholder interviews, a governance baseline, and a clear view of risk. Implementation Readiness and Program Health Assessments sit here.
- Design — about six months. Planning ahead of implementation: building the implementation plan and organizing everything it depends on.
- Deliver — six months to two years. The implementation itself. Depth drives the range: the number of sites, systems, and teams involved.
Every engagement closes with Embed, a planned handoff so the program holds without us. Each has a defined scope and an end point agreed before work begins, and when a program needs more than one phase, each is scoped on its own.
